Before you book

Quick answers

Online by card, and that is all a parent abroad needs. Your card details go to our payment provider’s own secure page, never to this website. Families in mainland China can also pay by WeChat Pay or Alipay. You pay per lesson, or for a bundle — and the first lesson is free, with no card needed.
Life happens! Just give at least 24 hours' notice and we'll happily rearrange at no cost. Lessons cancelled with less notice may still be charged, but Tash always tries to be reasonable about genuine emergencies.
The 25-minute lesson suits younger children with shorter focus; the 50-minute lesson is better for older children and exam prep, and offers better value per minute. Most families start with a free taster, then settle into one length — and you can switch any time.
Bundles are nice and flexible — use the lessons at a pace that suits your family, with no harsh expiry. Tash will gently nudge you if it has been a while, just to keep your child momentum.
Yes — there's a sibling discount for second and subsequent children. Mention it when you book and Tash will sort out the best combined price for your family.
